In order to view and print the UKSF Film Release Form you will
need Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is free to download and is
often pre-installed on your computer (especially new Windows XP machines).
However if you do not have Acrobat Reader on your computer you can download
it by clicking on the Adobe Acrobat Reader icon at the bottom of this
page.
